On July 23, I did receive a letter from Star Toyota and when I opened it, I did see where it was Ms. Plakas, so on Monday I called the numbers provided and she was delighted to know if I was interested and willing to do the trade in, which I am still thanking God for her help. Today July 29 I am driving in style a Toyota Rav 4 not a Camry as I had intended for, God is always blessing us and he uses her to do his blessings.
I hate to say that we all learn from our mistakes and I would never recommend or send any one to 5 Towns Toyota, as they are not for the customers they are for themselves. There service department is very good and they are nice people but their sales team needs to stop ripping good customers off.
